MAUI HIGH SCHOOL BAND PROGRAM

With a total enrollment of approximately 170 students, the "Saber" Band is definitely one of the largest and most visible organizations on campus. All members of our program play a vital role in maintaining Maui High School's pride and spirit, and also strive for excellence in musical performance through perseverance and dedication.

GOALS

Create an atmosphere in which the art of MUSIC can be performed, explored, understood, expressed, and appreciated by its members.
Teach students technical aspects of music in preparation for public performances.
Provide opportunities for students to work together and collaborate towards achieving a common goal.
Provide opportunities for students to develop in leadership, and as human beings.
Students will entertain, educate, and inspire our school and community.
